Impressive achievements of Vietnam's martial arts teams in early 2017

Vietnam's vovinnam delegation topped the fourth Southeast Asian Vovinam Championships held in Seam Reap (Cambodia) in January 9-16 with twelve gold medals, thirteen silver medals and one bronze medal. Cambodia ranked second with nine golds, seven silvers and ten bronzes; Laos came third with four golds, three silvers and fourteen bronzes.

The Championships 2017 was attended by more than 100 athletes, coaches and referees  from seven Southeast Asian countries, including Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and the host Cambodia. 

 

 

Meanwhile, at the Fifth Technique Open International Championships held in Lille (France) from January 14 to 16, joined by 531 athletes from 33 countries, Vietnam’s taekwondo team gained an outstanding achievement with three golds, two silvers and one bronze.
