Good place for talents
The managing committee of Sanna and Sanest Khanh Hoa has tried to build up a “good place” for the athletes in order to retain outstanding players and attract new talents. For example, the managing committee members have always attended the important matches of Sanna and Sanest Khanh Hoa to share the happiness when the teams win or offered encouragement when they lose. Besides, there have often been many fans accompanying the teams when they play away. These things have been considered as an important mental support for the athletes.

Sanest Khanh Hoa now has an attacking line which has been assessed to be the strongest one in Vietnam. Ngo Van Kieu and Tu Thanh Thuan are among the most excellent outside setters of Vietnam’s volleyball.
Ngo Van Kieu has played for Sanest Khanh Hoa since 2007. At that time, the indoor volleyball teams of Khanh Hoa had been facing the risk of dissolution before Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company offered significant investments to the teams. After that, Ngo Van Kieu and his teammates made great efforts and helped Sanest Khanh Hoa to win the first national championship for Khanh Hoa. In nearly ten years playing in the uniform of Sanest Khanh Hoa and going through many ups and downs due to injuries or age, Ngo Van Kieu has still played an important role and been a mental support for the whole team.
Tu Thanh Thuan is said to be the number 1 outside setter of Vietnam’s volleyball at the present time. Thuan joined Sanest Khanh Hoa in early 2016 after finishing contract with Vinh Long and rejecting invitations from many quite strong teams like Maseco Ho Chi Minh City, Trang An Ninh Binh, Fourth Corps – Becamex, etc. Since then, Thuan has contributed significantly to the achievements of Sanest Khanh Hoa.

In beach volleyball, Nguyen Trong Quoc seems to be the symbol of Sanna Khanh Hoa. Although Sanna Khanh Hoa in general and Quoc in particular are just a like newcomer when compared with the ones from the localities considered as the cradle of Vietnam’s beach volleyball (Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City), the achievements of Quoc have been very impressive with 17 championships at the nation-level tournaments.
Bumper year
Khanh Hoa’s volleyball had a bumper 2016 year. Sanest Khanh Hoa won the first Hung Vuong Cup since being promoted to the professional playground in 2008. This trophy was precious because it was the target which Sanest Khanh Hoa strived to achieve for many years. Afterwards, in the tournament for the teams of the south region - Dam Ca Mau PV Cup, Sanest Khanh Hoa satisfied the fans with the highest prize.
Sanna Khanh Hoa, the young volleyball team of Khanh Hoa, also got outstanding results in 2016 with the championship at the national senior volleyball team tournament and national senior volleyball club championship. In the meantime, Nguyen Trong Quoc and Nguyen Thanh Vinh brought three gold medals in all three tours of the national beach volleyball championship to Khanh Hoa.
2016 is the year when Khanh Hoa’s volleyball obtained all highest prizes at national level tournaments. Until now, the teams of Khanh Hoa’s volleyball won championship titles at all the national volleyball and beach volleyball tournaments
