The teams cycled 48km around the city. Finally, Gao Hat ngoc troi An Giang took top spot with an overall time of 59 minutes 19 seconds. The second and third place belonged to Bike Life Dong Nai (00:59:19) and Vietnam USA Society English Centers (01:00:05).

Rider Nguyen Thanh Tam of Gao Hat ngoc troi An Giang has still been the yellow jersey holder. Ngo Van Phuong of Bao ve Thuc vat An Giang was awarded white jersey.

The stage 18 will take place on April 17, from Nha Trang to Phan Rang (Ninh Thuan Province) .
