The first provincial badminton tournament – Phuong Huong Cup of Khanh Hoa kicked off at the provincial competition house of Khanh Hoa Provincial Badminton Federation on May 19.
The tournament included two events: men’s doubles and women’s doubles.

This was the first time Khanh Hoa Provincial Badminton Federation has associated with a sponsor to hold a tournament. Most of the players were the amateur ones who had never taken part in any tournaments.
