The teams participating in the tournament include DBS Khanh Hoa, Thanh Thanh, F-NH Nam Phuong, Hoa Mai Auto, Phuoc Son, Olympic NT Gym, C-CASA, MK Land. The team which has highest points after two rounds (July 28 – September 9, September 23 – November 4) will win the tournament. The matches take place every Saturday and Sunday.

This is the second time K-League DBS Cup has been organized. It has also been highly assessed for its quality. The total prize value of the 2018 tournament is up to more than VND120 million.
