The festival was one of the activities to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Whole People’s Border Day and the 60th Traditional Day of Vietnam Border Guard. The festival also aimed to select the athletes to compete in the upcoming sports festival of the High Command of Vietnam Border Guard.
