Taking part in the tournament are 16 teams from the businesses in tourism, hotel, and restaurant industry. The teams are drawn into four groups to play in a single round robin format. The two best teams of each group will qualify for the next round.

The tournament is sponsored by Nha Trang Natural Cosmetic Joint Stock Company and other businesses. It ends on December 25.
