Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Dac Tai on March 21 presided at a meeting with the province’s departments and units about the triathlon Challenge Vietnam 2019 which is slated to take place in Nha Trang.
As said by the organizer, the triathlon will take place at 2-4 Square (Nha Trang), along Tran Phu Street and Pham Van Dong Street in July 12-14. The event is expected to draw the participation of more than 500 male and female professional and amateur athletes and thousands of tourists from over 30 countries cross the world. The athletes will take part in three events: 1.9km swimming, 90km cycling and 21km running.
During the contest, some cultural activities and entertainments will be held at the square.
Challenge Vietnam used to be successfully organized in Nha Trang in 2016.
