The tournament takes place from April 18 to 21. Eight teams from Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the host Malaysia are split into Group A and B. Sanest Khanh Hoa of Vietnam plays in Group A with BHL of Taiwan, AMELIA of Indonesia, and BUKIT JAJIL Sports School of Malaysia.
