Viet Football Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Football Federation on October 28 organized the press conference of the national seven-a-side football tournament – Hyundai Cup 2019 By TC Motor for the central region.
The seven-a-side football tournament, which is first organized in Khanh Hoa Province, will be played by eight teams, namely Thanh Thanh, Nam Phuong Khanh Hoa, Le Bao Minh, Song Lam Nghe An, Thai Duong Real Estate, Olympic Gym, Sao Viet Ninh Thuan, and Van Tin.

The teams will be divided into two groups and compete in a single round robin format to decide two best teams from each group for the semi-final and final rounds. The remaining teams from each group will compete with the teams of the other group to determine the rankings.
The winner of the central region will be given a trophy and cash prize of VND20 million and will qualify for the national finals with the qualifiers from the northern and southern regions.
The tournament will kick off at the football field of Nha Trang University on November 2 and last until November 30. The matches are played at 3pm and 4pm on weekends.
