Many young football players in Khanh Hoa Province lately had an interesting experience competing with young players from Thailand at the international U15 friendly contest held by Thanh Thanh Travel.
Tran Phuc Thao, director of Thanh Thanh Travel organized this contest to create a useful playground for young footballers in the province. The friendlies were played by three teams of Khanh Hoa and one team of Thailand at the 19-8 Nha Trang Stadium, namely Khanh Hoa U15 (led by Khanh Hoa’s former football player Dang Dao), Sanvinest Khanh Hoa U15, My Love Dien Khanh U15, and Ausumption Bangrak (Thailand).

There is almost no friendly or training contest for young players from U11 to U17 in Khanh Hoa. Apart from taking part in the contest organized once a year by Vietnam Football Federation, Khanh Hoa’s young football players spend most of their training time practicing physical exercises. Therefore, taking part in an international friendly contest and having opportunity to play with foreign team is a precious and interesting experience for them. All the players got excited about the contest.
Ausumption Bangrak U15 comprised of the players of Ausumption Bangrak School, one of the quality and age-old private schools in Thailand. Sanvinest Khanh Hoa U15 won all three games, placing first in the elimination round; Khanh Hoa U115 got second-place with two wins and one loss. These two teams qualified for the final game where Sanvinest Khanh Hoa U15 beat the opponent 3-1 to win the championship. Ausumption Bangrak U15 won against My Love Dien Khanh U15 in the third-place match.
The coach of Sanvinest Khanh Hoa U15 expressed his thanks to organizers Thanh Thanh Travel who helped the province’s young football players to have good experience through the contest.
