Vietnam has been well controlling COVID-19 pandemic; therefore, the organization committee of V-League 2020 has decided to allow football fans back to stadiums in round 12 this weekend.
V-League 2020 will return on September 26 after two months of suspension with seven matches of round 12 to be played at 5pm at different stadiums.
Specifically, Vinh Stadium will offer free admission to stands B, C, and D and sell tickets to spectators in stand A. Quang Nam will sell 3,000 tickets to fans in the match against defending champion Hanoi. Da Nang Stadium doesn’t sell tickets but allows 200 on-duty staff and guests to enter the stadium in Da Nang-Hai Phong match. A limited number of football fans are allowed at stands A and C of Hang Day Stadium to watch the competition between Viettel and Sai Gon. In round 12, Cam Pha Stadium is the only stadium which doesn’t allow spectators.
The first stage of V-League 2020 will end after round 13, on October 1. The top eight teams after the first stage will compete for the championship; the six lower teams will battle to avoid relegation.
