On April 24, the cyclists will start stage 17 in Tuy Hoa City (Phu Yen Province) and are expected to arrive in Nha Trang at 11:30am, covering a distance of 120km. The prize winners of stage 17 will be honored at a ceremony held in Nha Trang.
