All participants in the championship are required to obey the regulations on COVID-19 imposed by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, and Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control. The round 10 matches are played without spectators and are live broadcast on VieON.
The first match of round 10, second leg, was between defending champion Thai Son Nam and Thai Son Bac. In the first leg, Thai Son Bac came from behind to beat Thai Son Nam 2-1. However, in the second leg, with the absence of key striker Vu Duc Tung, who got injury in Futsal FIFA World Cup finals, Thai Son Bac were defeated 0-3.

Sanvinest Khanh Hoa had a smooth start in the second leg with a 3-1 win against Hung Gia Khang Dak Lak. Sanvinest Khanh Hoa finished the first leg at fifth on the rankings with 15 points, behind Thai Son Bac. The win on the first day of the second leg helped Sanvinest Khanh Hoa overcome Thai Son Bac, sitting fourth on the rankings. This year, Khanh Hoa Province has only one team at the HDBank National Futsal Championship 2021 instead two teams like the previous years. Sanvinest Khanh Hoa have also experienced changes of coaches and players.
Zetbit Saigon, Sahako, and Tan Hiep Hung, the three candidates for the top positions of the 2021 championship, also had a good start as they won against weaker opponents namely Quang Nam, Hieu Hoa Da Nang and Cao Bang.
After round 10, Sahako are topping the rankings with 26 points (8 wins, 2 draws); defending Thai Son Nam are at second place with 25 points (8 wins, 1 draw, 1 loss). Zebit Saigon are on the same point with Thai Son Nam but are sitting third due to goal difference. Sanvinest Khanh Hoa are at fourth place with 18 points (6 wins, 4 losses). Cao Bang and Hung Gia Khang Dak Lak are at the bottom area with 5 and 4 points respectively.
The second leg of HDBank National Futsal Championship 2021 takes place from November 15 to December 3. The champions will be offered prize worth VND500 million and will be qualified for the AFC Futsal Club Championship.
