At SEA Games 31, Vietnam’s sports delegation achieved 205 gold medals, topping the medal standings. Khanh Hoa athletes won eight silver medals in volleyball (5 medals), athletics (2 medals), and weight lifting (1 medal).
On this occasion, the provincial People's Committee offered certificates of merit to seven athletes and three coaches who had excellent results at SEA Games 31; VCN Investment Joint Stock Company awarded VND200 million to the athletes and coaches.
