The tournament, organized by the provincial Department of Culture and Sports, is joined by 14 teams from the localities and businesses in the province, namely Nha Trang City, Cam Ranh City, Dien Khanh District, Khanh Vinh District, Van Ninh District, Ninh Hoa Town, TOV Cam Lam, Honda Khanh Hoa, Bravo FC, Cherry FC, Ford Nha Trang, Vinfast Khanh Hoa, Than Huu FC, and ADH FC. The teams are split into four groups and compete in group stage and knockout stage (quarter-final, semi-final, final).
