Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Council has recently issued the coordination plan of the international open water swimming race (The Arena Oceanman Cam Ranh Viet Nam 2023).
The race is scheduled to take place at The Arena Cam Ranh (Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province) from April 13 to 16 with the participation of 650 athletes in and outside Vietnam.

According to the plan, the provincial Department of Culture and Sports will cooperate with other departments and organizations to provide information and services; introduce and promote the products, services and tourism; ensure security and order and create the most favorable conditions for the athletes and visitors before, during and after the event.
This event is organized to celebrate the 370th anniversary of establishment and development of Khanh Hoa Province; stimulate the province's tourism demand and promote its tourism potential and images; spread the message of the importance of swimming and promote the development of swimming movement in Khanh Hoa.
