A ceremony to dispatch Khanh Hoa FC to V.League 1, season 2023-2024, announce Khanh Hoa Province’s Football Development Fund and launch the Mobilization Committee to establish Khanh Hoa Province’s Football Fan Association took place at the provincial Conference Center on October 16. Khanh Hoa FC finished V.League 1-2023 at 11th position with 4 wins, 7 draws and 7 losses. 

At the departure ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan offered Khanh Hoa FC a reward of VND100 million for 1 win in the new season. Also at the ceremony, Khanh Hoa Football Joint Stock Company (Khanh Hoa Sport) announced the official sponsor of Khanh Hoa FC in the new season, which is Khanh Hoa State-owned Salanganes Nest One Member Co., Ltd. and 3 main home and away uniforms of Khanh Hoa FC players and goalkeepers in season 2023/2024.

At the ceremony, the attendees raised more than VND8 billion for the Provincial Football Development Fund, including over VND1.4 billion of the Provincial People's Committee Office; VND5 billion of Vingroup, nearly VND1.07 billion of Khanh Viet Corporation; over VND260 million of Khanh Hoa State-owned Salanganes Nest One Member Co., Ltd.; VND100 million of DT Group; VND50 million of Khanh Hoa Lottery One Member Co., Ltd.
