On February 20, Dinh Van Thieu - Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with some provincial departments and sectors about the organization of Oceanman Cam Ranh Vietnam 2024 and the proposal to organize the tournament annually in 5 years.

According to the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, the Arena Oceanman Cam Ranh Vietnam 2023 was successfully organized in September 2023 by Peak Event Joint Stock Company, joined by more than 400 athletes in and outside Vietnam. The company has proposed to continue organizing the 2024 edition at Alma Resort Cam Ranh (Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa Province) in September and organize the tournament annually in 5 years (from 2024 to 2028) in Khanh Hoa.
According to the conclusion of Dinh Van Thieu at the end of the meeting, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee supports the proposal for annual organization of the tournament in the province. However, Peak Event Joint Stock Company must build up specific plan for the annual organization and propose it to the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports (the host unit) and the Provincial People's Committee for consideration. The Provincial People's Committee also approved the organization of Oceanman Cam Ranh Vietnam 2024 in accordance with Vietnam’s law. Peak Event Joint Stock Company must perfect the organization plan and procedures and ensure full compliance with the law.
