The recently organized mini-golf tournament in Nha Trang City brought many people of different ages, especially children an exciting experience.

The tournament was organized at One mini-golf course on Yersin Street for people aged 10 to 70, especially intended for children, who are on summer vacation. The tournament had many levels from easy to difficult, from flat to rough surfaces with obstacles that created excitement for the players. The children were instructed by the course’s staff to practice basic golf skills and score points. Most of them enjoyed their first time playing golf. The mini-golf course is located at the central area of the city, so it is convenient for local people to visit and play this interesting sport.

“It's surprising to see so many children interested in golf. My son is very interested in playing golf. This sport helps children hone their attention to detail and observational abilities. This is a memorable experience for my child and my family this summer," said Pham Thi Thanh Truc (Vinh Tho Ward).

The mini-golf tournament was appealing to adults as well. Nguyen Thi Luu (65 years old, Phuoc Dong Commune), said that this was her first time playing golf, so she practiced golf some times before the tournament so she could be more confident. “I find this a very interesting activity. Golf is not only for young people, but older people can practice regularly to improve their health,” said Luu.

Adults of different ages join mini-golf tournament

Reportedly, when the number of players becomes stable, the organization board will hold tournament on weekends. The prizes for the winners will be golf clubs, medals, and children’s books (for children only).
