According to Ngo Minh Tu, chairman of Khanh Hoa Yoga Federation, the class aims to provide and equip the learners with basic and necessary knowledge and skills for yoga instructors, such as yoga philosophy, breathing and meditation in yoga, anatomy and physiology in yoga, nutrition, food, and practice techniques.
