On August 27, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a document assigning Khanh Viet Corporation (Khatoco) to take the responsibility in cooperating with the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, Khanh Hoa State-owned Salangane Nest One Member Company Limited and Khanh Hoa Sport Football Joint Stock Company to take over and manage Khanh Hoa football club in the 2024/2025 National First League.

Regarding the financial issues of the club in the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 seasons, the Provincial People's Committee directed the units concerned to cooperate with each other and handle the issues thoroughly.
The committee also assigned the province’s sports sector to facilitate the training of the provincial teams to prepare for the 2024/2025 Third League and select competent players for the upper level teams.
