Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper in association with Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture – Sports and Star Global Entertainment Company opened Vietnam Golf Festival Championship at Vinpearl Golf Nha Trang and KN Golf Links Cam Ranh golf courses on November 28. The championship is one of the activities of Vietnam Golf Festival - Nha Trang 2024.

Vietnam Golf Festival Championship attracts nearly 100 golfers from clubs across the country. The golfers are divided into 3 groups of men’s event and 1 group of women’s event and compete in 2 rounds. There are a total of 29 prizes, including 1 best gross prize (for the golfer with the best total gross score after 2 rounds), 12 net gross prizes (first, second, third prizes in each group), and 16 skill prizes.

Through the tournament, the organizers will contribute VND500 million to the program supporting disadvantaged pupils in remote areas over the country launched by Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper in 2023. The program has mobilized over VND20 billion so far to implement many activities in many localities and schools across the country.
The championship ends on November 29.
