Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper in association with Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports and Vietnam Golf Association organized the opening ceremony of Vietnam Golf Festival - Nha Trang 2024 at 2-4 Square, Nha Trang City on November 27. Dinh Van Thieu, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, and the leaders of Sports Authority of Vietnam and Vietnam Journalists’ Association attended the ceremony.

Vietnam Golf Festival - Nha Trang 2024 takes place from November 27 to 29 with many attractive cultural, sports and tourism activities such as Vietnam Golf Festival Championship, joined by 280 golfers; Kids Golf Talent tournament played by 80 players of U13, U15, U18; exhibition namely Vietnam golf path; many activities for visitors to experience golf; music performances; and a gala under the theme "100 years of Vietnamese golf".

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dinh Van Thieu emphasized that Vietnam Golf Festival - Nha Trang 2024 not only contributes to the development of Vietnam golf but is also an opportunity to prove Vietnam in general and Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa in particular as the leading arena for events and festivals in Asia.
The documentary "Vietnam Golf Journey - from Cu Hill to Nha Trang" was shown at the opening ceremony.
