A running group in Nha Trang City namely Loan connection team has connected many running lovers in the city in particular in Khanh Hoa in general. Many members of this running group registered and are actively practicing for the upcoming Nha Trang Night Run Sanvinest - Khanh Hoa Newspaper 2024.

Reportedly, Loan connection team was formed spontaneously, including 5 to 10 members who are friends and love running. Gradually, the group has become known and more people have joined, increasing the number of members to over 100. Nearly 100 club members registered for Nha Trang Dong Duong , according to Vu Thi Thanh Loan, the leader of Loan connection team.

Pham Thi Ngoc Thuong (43 years old) and her friend had travelled from Cam Lam District to Nha Trang City to join the recent practice session for Night Run Sanvinest - Khanh Hoa Newspaper 2024 of Loan connection team. Thuong has a passion for running, but there are only a few running clubs in Cam Lam District. She joined Loan connection team through her friends' recommendation. Thuong are happy sharing her passion for running with other people.

Most of the members of Loan connection team have practiced running for 1 or 2 years; some of them participated in some running races organized in Nha Trang such as VnExpress and the one of Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union. However, the members haven't got much experience with night running races.
Vo Binh Dong Duong (54 years old) is the most experienced runner in night-time running events in Loan connection team. According to Dong Duong, mornings are the best time for running; nighttime is the time for human body to rest. Therefore, in order to run at night-time, runners need time practicing to adapt to the change in circadian rhythm. However, compared to daytime running races, long-distance running at night tends to be less exhausting. Although having participated in many big running races such as Ho Chi Minh City Midnight and Hanoi Midnight, Dong Duong are eagerly awaiting running along the coastal roads in his hometown at night through Nha Trang Night Run Sanvinest - Khanh Hoa Newspaper 2024. “I hope that Nha Trang Night Run Sanvinest - Khanh Hoa Newspaper 2024 will be a great success, be organized annually and will be expanded to attract more runners from all over the country and become popular,” said Dong Duong.
