As airlines have opened direct flights from China, Korea, Malaysia and Thailand to Cam Ranh International Airport, the number of international tourists to Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa has risen more and more, and at the same time, tours taking Vietnamese tourists from Khanh Hoa and neighboring provinces to overseas are also flourishing. Currently, travel companies such as Vietravel Nha Trang, Saigontourist Nha Trang, Long Phu Tourist and Pegas Tourist regularly organize tours to take tourists to Thailand, Malaysia - Singapore and South Korea by direct flights from Cam Ranh International Airport. Among them, tours to visit Bangkok and Pattaya of Thailand and tour to Seoul of Korea are the most crowded.

Prices of overseas tours flying directly from Cam Ranh to Korea, Thailand and Malaysia are not too high now. Therefore, many tourists choose to go abroad instead of the familiar destinations in the country.

More new tours to be opened
After a successful famtrip, Long Phu Joint Stock Company has recently opened a 6-day/5-night tour to take tourists to FengHuang, Zhangjiajie and Jingzhou (China) by charter plane. On August 10, Vietravel Nha Trang will operate a tour directly flying from Cam Ranh to Japan by charter aircraft. With this tour, tourists will enjoy many attractive destinations of "golden road" Osaka - Kyoto - Tokyo. With the tour price of about VND30 million/person, the flight of nearly 220 seats has been sold out by this company.
According to the provincial Department of Tourism, in the coming time, travel companies will continue to open more tours to bring visitors to new destinations abroad. Recently, Vietravel Nha Trang has cooperated with Vietjet to organize a famtrip delegation to survey tourism in Busan and Gyeongju (Korea). Accordingly, along with its tours to Seoul which have been operated for a few years, with the Cam Ranh - Busan air route, in the near future, Vietravel Nha Trang will open an additional tour with the itinerary of Busan - Gyeongju - Seoul. Besides, Bangkok Airway will coordinate with travel companies to carry tourists to Chiangmai, Thailand from early September. Travel companies are also planning to organize more tours to Taiwan, Japan ... in last months of the year.
Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Tourism said that outbound tours of travel companies have many positive aspects such as helping Vietnamese tourists have more choices, balancing the number of passengers entering and leaving, and stimulating airlines to open new routes.
