Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just licensed Bai Dai- Cam Ranh Resort project, Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Site, invested by Century 21 Corporation (C21) and its partner Soleman Service S.A (Russia).
Accordingly, C21 and Soleman Service S.A will make a financial contribution to the foundation of Bai Dai- Cam Ranh Resort, 153,579m2, with an expected total capital of VND417.4 billion. The project will include a 5-star resort & spa with 200 rooms and 20 villas.
The resort is scheduled to be operational by the end of 2015.
