A signing ceremony for a joint-venture contract between Swiss Attixs Hospitality Group and Bao Lam Investment Joint Stock Company on the use of the sponsor capital worth USD200 million was held in Nha Trang City on January 18.

Accordingly, Emirates NBD Bank from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) agreed to provide USD200 million for luxury tourism and resort projects in Khanh Hoa Province.
Present at the event was Le Thanh Quang, Central Party Committee Member, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the provincial People’s Council.
According to Bao Lam Investment JSC CEO Nguyen Van Dung, the company would coordinate with its Swiss partner to begin construction on a 6-star resort and villa complex worth USD80 million in North Cam Ranh Peninsula.
