319 Compotation (Ministry of Defense) and Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) held a ground-breaking ceremony for a 4-star trade center and hotel at 62 Tran Phu, Nha Trang on May 29.
Present at the event were Le Thanh Quang, Central Party Committee Member, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Le Huu Duc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Defense Minister and Nguyen Chien Thang, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa People’s Committee.

The 4-star trade center and hotel covers 4,570m2, including 1 basement and 26 floors with 2 main blocks. The basement block contains a trade center with public facilities and hotel services. The building block contains flats and hotel rooms.
The VND700-billion project is expected to take 25 months and be complete before August 2015.
