Golden Bay new urban residential area is under way by Hung Thinh Corporation in Cu Hin Village, Cam Hai Dong Commune, Cam Lam District.
Golden Bay will be the first model urban residential area in Cam Ranh Northern Peninsula tourist site.

The 79ha construction will include 8 sections, each bearing the architecture of one nation such as France, Italy, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Spain and Australia.
The project is expected to accommodate over 4,000 Vietnamese and foreign experts.
