The Bocuse d'Or is a biennial world chef championship. A similar format called Bocuse d’Or Vietnam will be held on January 11 and 12, 2014 to find the most excellent chef of the country. Nha Trang will host this event, which is planned to take place at Nha Trang College of Culture, Arts and Tourism.
The winner will represent Vietnam to compete in Bocuse d’Or Asia 2014 and the final round of the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France in 2015.
