Two cities Da Nang and Hoi An received the 2013 Asian Townscape Award by UN-Habitat Regional Office in Asia at a ceremony in Fukuoka, Japan on November 26.
The award honors cities, regions and projects whose landscape architecture is considered as typical.
Theme of the 2013 Asian Townscape Award this year is “Townscape: a Source of People’s Pride”.
