Khanh Hoa Province now has 153 projects in tourism with total investment of VND85,314 billion, reported by the provincial Tourism Development Steering Board.

Most of the projects are hotels, resorts and buildings for apartments and commercial centers. There are 14 projects for entertainment with an investment of VND2,106 billion, making up 2.4% of the total investment. Some projects operating effectively and confirming their trademark to tourists are Vinpearl Land, Diamond Bay Resort & Spa, Six Senses Hideaway Ninh Van Bay, Ana Mandara, Mia Resort & Spa, Sheraton Nha Trang, Sunrise Nha Trang, Novotel Nha Trang and Amiana Nha Trang.

However, some projects in Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula as well as Van Phong Economic Zone and Cam Ranh City are in slow process. Moreover, an imbalance is seen in tourism investment in Khanh Hoa. There are many projects for accommodations but few for shopping and entertainment, especially night entertainment.
