With green spaces covering architectural blocks, Cam Ranh Flowers Resort project in Cam Hai Dong Commune, Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa Province, is expected as a flower beautifying Cam Ranh Bay.
Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area, featuring a long beach with white sand, good weather and the location near Cam Ranh International Airport, has been known as a potential land to develop tourism. In 2003, the Prime Minister ratified the planning towards developing Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area as a high-quality tourist area with aviation transport services, commercial centers, and national as well as international tourist sites. In 2014, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee approved Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area to become one of main tourist areas of the province, including following forms: diversified ecological tourist sites, high-class resorts, centers of cultural services, trade, conference and tourism at regional, national and international levels.

“Aiming to a luxurious resort to serve visitors to Cam Ranh – Khanh Hoa, we have determined to carry out Cam Ranh Flowers Resort”, Andrey Grinev, general director of Russia-based State Devolpment Company, the investor of Cam Ranh Flowers Resort. Accordingly, Cam Ranh Flowers Resort project includes a resort and real estate project qualified for 5-star standard, luxurious but close to nature in architecture. The project, with a total investment of VND1,890 billion (equivalent to USD90 million), started construction on March 4, 2014 and is expected to be finished in 30 months. Covering an area of over 15 hectares, it comprises a 5-star hotel with 256 rooms and 10 bungalows, 111 apartments and 56 villas. In addition, Cam Ranh Flowers Resort has 4 restaurants, bars and a high-class spa, a fitness center, 5 big swimming pools, halls for large-scale conferences and parties, 3 tennis courses, a sport ground, a playing ground for children, white-sand beach and some other entertainment areas.
Cam Ranh Flowers Resort will be built by high-grade construction technologies and materials dear to nature with an aim to limit influences on environment, according to Andrey Grinev.
