From December 1, 2014, Vietnam Airlines will make changes in opening time of check-in counter and closing time of check-in counter/boarding gate.
About check-in counter open time, counters will be opened 2 hours before Scheduled Time Departure (STD) for domestic flights and 3 hours before Scheduled Time Departure (STD) for international flights.
About check-in counter close time, counters will be closed 40 minutes before STD for domestic flights and 50 minutes before STD for international flights.
Particularly, at Charles de Gaulle, London Gatwick and Frankfurt International Airport, counters are closed 1 hour before STD.
