Sai Gon – Cam Ranh Tourist Site, covering an area of 20 hectares, will be invested about VND1,400 billion. The 5-star project includes two stages. The first stage, from early 2015 to end 2016, invested VND700 billion, will build up 163 luxurious villas, sports area, green tree space, etc. The second one, from early 2017 to end 2019, will comprise 216 hotel rooms and high-grade services.
