Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, Vingroup and Elite Hospitality Group jointly hold a seminar on strategy to develop Vietnamese talents in hospitality at Vinpearl Nha Trang on January 25. The seminar drew about 100 attenders doing management in tourism and businessmen in the province.
At the seminar, the attenders exchanged about visions and tactics to train young talents and communication skills.
Vingroup also presented a scholarship fund to develop management ability in Vietnamese enterprises. The group will sponsor USD10 million for the fund in the first stage. In January, the fund will launch its project to enroll, train and recruit 50 Vietnamese GMs for 5-star hotels and resorts.
