Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee and Lam Dong Provincial People Committee have just made a summing up for three-year socioeconomic cooperation between the two provinces. Chairman of Khanh Hoa Province Nguyen Chien Thang and Chairman of Lam Dong Province Doan Van Viet presided over the meeting.
The cooperation during the past three year was appreciated with good results, especially in tourism. The provinces have set up ecological sea – forest tours, raised up the number of visitors, upgraded traffic road to make travel between the two provinces easier and faster.
However, leaders of the two provinces said that the results still haven’t been corresponding to potentials of the two localities. The leaders directed tourism departments to strengthen the connection of sea and forest tourism, lengthen stays of visitors, forward local special products of the two provinces, better the road between the two provinces, promote advertisement and some other measures.
