Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has recently had a meeting with Vietnam Travelmart Company and Central Vietnam Helicopter Company about putting helicopters to serve tourism in Nha Trang.

At the meeting, the representative of Vietnam Travelmart presented their idea to launch this service in Nha Trang as a sight-seeing tour for locals and tourists. The provincial Department of of Culture, Sports and Tourism also contributed some ideas about flying place, tour price and advertisement. In the coming time, the two businesses will carry surveys to set up the flying route as well as flying place, and then ask the license for the service. This service is expected to add one more interesting tourist product for Nha Trang.
Helicopter service has been started operation in Da Nang for many months. The flights are done by Airbus Helicopters EC130T2 manufactured in 2015. Each flight can carry 6 passengers and cost VND2.3 million/person in Da Nang.
