Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just delivered a decision to allot 7,563.3 sq.m. of land on Hon Tre Island, Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang to Vinpearl Nha Trang Co., Ltd. to carry out the project of Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Resort & ViIIas.
The land, formerly belonging to the project of Vinpearl Land Ecological Tourism and Culture Park, will be built hotel and villas on it by Vinpearl Nha Trang Co., Ltd, including 4,078.1 sq.m. of lands for villas and 3,485.2 sq.m. for project excution.
