There have been room vacancies now in 2 star and below hotels on some streets in Nha Trang City like Nguyen Thien Thuat, Tran Quang Khai, Hoang Hoa Tham, To Hien Thanh, Tran Phu, Pham Van Dong, etc. Domestic visitors have occupied 30% - 35% of the rooms. Room prices have no rise.
Meanwhile, in 3-5 star hotels, room occupation has come up to 80 – 100%, booked by foreign tourists.
