Small and medium-sized tourist businesses linking for development

From May 5 to 8, Capital Tourism Club (Captour Club) and Nha Trang Promotion (NTP) jointly held a tour for 10 travel firms of Captour Club to survey Nha Trang tourism. The group came to Nha Trang Snake Show, Nhan Tam Ecological Tourist Site, experienced mud bath and 4-island tour, and visited some 3-4 star hotels in Nha Trang. The surveyed destinations are members of NTP.
 

“After the survey, we will sign a cooperation agreement with NTP. We expect the cooperation will bring more benefits members of the two organizations. The number of partners also will rise more”, Nguyen Hong Dai, Captour Club Chairman said.

Captour Club is a professional organization, affiliated with Hanoi Tourism Association. It features 50 members, 27 of which are small and medium-sized businesses in travel, hotel, restaurant and tourism transport.
 
NTP is an organization under Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association. Established since end 2015, NTP has attracted 20 members that are small and medium-sized tourist businesses. According to NTP’s Chairman Le Kim Nhut, the organization aims to gather tourist businesses to contribute to marketing for Nha Trang tourism. “The linking, cooperation and support among members will make the market stable as well as raise service quality, management,  competitive competence of small and medium-sized businesses”, Nhut said.
 
Gathering in an organization like NTP is an opportunity for the participants to exchange, cooperate, support and share experience in business. “With commitments with each other, we will have special supports for partners that are NTP members. The mutual supports help us develop our business and bring more benefits for clients”, Ta Kinh Dong, marketing agent of Thap Ba Hot Spring, a NTP member.
 
Similarly, Vietnam Tourism Forum (VTF) under Vietnam Tourism Association has more than 200 members, 50 of which are in Khanh Hoa. Members of VTF in Khanh Hoa connect, share information and launch new products. Then, they link with other members in the countries to introduce tourism of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa.
 
Actually, linking small and medium-sized businesses in such organizations has brought practical benefits such as new tours with good prices for tourists, firm relationship among businesses and strong marketing for Nha Trang tourism.
