Doc Let is one of the most attractive destinations in Ninh Hoa. Doc Let has a large beautiful beach and a fresh seafood market. Doc Let beach attracts a lot of visitors, most of whom are foreigners. Not only Doc Let, Ninh Hoa Township has tourism potentials with many forms such as cultural – spiritual tourism (Ba Vu Tomb, Ninh Hoa Perfect, fish prayer festival, etc), ecologicial tourism (Ba Ho), sea tourism, hot mineral water (Truong Xuan) and so on.
From 2010 up to now, the number of visitors to Ninh Hoa as well as takings from tourism of the town has made running increase. The town received over 74,000 tourists in 2015, and the figure rose to over 91,000 ones, increasing by 17,000. Tourism turnover of the township also increased from VND28 billion in 2010 to VND60 billion in 2015. In the first half of 2015, over 55,000 tourist came to Ninh Hoa, bringing a turnover of VND36 billion for the township.

Infrastructures of the townships and accommodations for tourists have also been improved. The whole township now has 63 hotels and 11 resorts, including 3 two-star hotels, 3 four-star ones and 2 five-star resorts.
However, the tourism development in Ninh Hoa has matched its potentials. Ninh Hoa doesn’t have an overall planning for tourism. There’s also lack in trained human resources for tourism.
In a recent meeting with the provincial People’s Council, Chairman of Ninh Hoa People’s Committee Nguyen Van Minh suggested the provincial People’s Committee to add Ninh Hoa into the province’s tourism development planning to orient investment attraction and tourist products. The township also proposed opening tourism training courses for laborer in the province.
