Vietnam Airlines aims to constantly improve the service quality, bringing the best convenience to its passengers.

Since Oct 20, 2016, the national flag carrier has increased the rate of under 2 year-old passengers on flights operated by A321 aircrafts, from 10 percent to 15 percent each flight.

Previously, Vietnam Airlines has poured over USD 50,000 on purchasing more safety equipment, including life jackets and seat belts in order to meet the growing travel demand of passengers and families with under 2 year-old children, especially on peak seasons and holidays.

This is the airline’s newest effort to constantly improve the service quality, bringing the best convenience to its passengers.

Vietnam Airlines is planning to expand the rate of under 2 year-old passengers on flights, operated by remaining aircrafts, to 15 percent by 2017.
