Several impressive activities held by tourist enterprises of Khanh Viet Corporation (Khatoco) in response to Sea Festival Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa 2017 are underway, helping to enhance the merriment of the festive event.
A few days before the start of the Sea Festival 2017, locals and tourists in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa were so excited about the appearance of architectural models of local famous scenic attractions in the beach park in front of Khanh Hoa Television Station (KTV). “The models are so beautiful and impressive. This is a great idea to promote the tourist destination of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa,” says Nguyen Thi Cam Xuyen, a tourist from Hanoi.
According to Le Dung Lam, Director of Long Phu Tourist Company, since the beginning the year, the company has cooperated with Doanh Chien Company to build the models of 7 tourist destinations, namely Ponagar Temples, Hon Chong, Long Son Pagoda, Nha Trang Cathedral Church, Dien Khanh Citadel, Yang Bay Waterfall and Mountain of Fruits and Flowers in Monkey Island Site. The cemented architectural models are built with great meticulosity, reports Tran Xuan Nhung, Director of Doanh Chien Company.
The models were put in the exhibit area installed with LED lights at night and decorated with flowers and trees. “With the architectural models of famous scenic attractions, we hope that everyone will join effort to conserve and promote the values of the tourist destinations. After the exhibition, we will put the works on the seabed in the Monkey Island to create the scenery more inspiring for divers,” adds Le Dung Lam.

In addition, Khatoco has also held musical programs performed by a musical group of Yang Bay Tourist Park to add to the festive environment of the Sea Festival 2017. The musical group includes 27 actors and actresses, who are all Raglai people. “We would like to introduce to locals and tourists the cultural identity of Raglai community in Yang Bay,” says Nguyen Phi Truong, Vice-Director of Yang Bay Tourist Park. The musical show is free to the public on June 9-12. The musical nights feature such items themed village dance, new days of Khatoco, performance of musical instruments such as flutes, lithophones, Cham dance, folk songs, etc.
The activities in response to Sea Festival Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa 2017 began on June 9. Besides musical shows, many exciting games are underway to serve locals and visitors in the inspiring atmosphere of the Sea Festival Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa 2017.
