Khanh Hoa Province Department of Tourism has delivered a dispatch to announce about the authority to receive submissions for out-bound tour operation permit.
Under the Law on Tourism 2017, the National Administration of Tourism holds the authority for permit for out-bound tour operation. Therefore, as from January 1, 2018, the provincial Department of Tourism will not receive submissions for permit for out-bound tour operation any more. Businesses will send the submissions to the National Administration of Tourism.
