A week before the New Year holiday, it’s still easy to book rooms in under-2-star hotels in Nha Trang. Coming to some hotels, we see room prices are posted and there is no increase in their prices. Some hotel owners say that they expect room occupation of 50% on this occasion.
In 3-5 star hotels, 80% of the rooms for that time have been booked, some hotels have been full. Most of the guests are foreigners.
In some big travel firms in Nha Trang, there is also no rise year-on-year in the number of tourists booking domestic or outbound tours. Tours to Sa Pa, Da Lat, Da Nang…from Nha Trang are the most favorite to people in Khanh Hoa and some nearby provinces.
Many hotels and resorts will organize celebration events on New Year Eve for their guests. Some of them will put Vietnamese traditional features in their art programs on this occasion.
