Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association has recently organized a workshop on measures to develop human resource for tourism of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa. Representatives of tourist businesses and tourism training colleges in the province attended the workshop.
At the workshop, the attendees have suggested some ways to improve quality of the human resource for tourism, for example connection between colleges and businesses in trainning, training of businesses for their staff, encourage study on tourism.
According to Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, the number of direct laborers in tourism so far this year has been 28,000. As estimated, from now to 2020, the local tourism needs more 10,000 laborers each year.
