Ninh Binh Province Department of Tourism on October 19 organized tourism promotion conference in Nha Trang.
At the conference, the provincial Department of Tourism introduced advantages as well as development policies on tourism of the province. Ninh Binh Province has Trang An Landscape Complex recognized as a mixed cultural and natural heritage since 2014, with unique destinations like Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel, Bai Dinh Pagoda, Tam Coc – Bich Dong and Cuc Phuong National Park. Besides, the province has a tradional culture with 83 traditional trade villages, 225 traditional festivals and 1,499 historical cultural monuments.

Tourism of Ninh Binh Province has developed strongly. Up to now, the province has 550 accomodations with 6,400 rooms. In 2017, the province received 7 million tourists, including 850,000 foreign ones, getting VND2,450 billion in tourism turnover.
The attenders at the conference discussed about tourism cooperation between two provinces Khanh Hoa and Ninh Binh.
