Northern Cam Ranh Pennisula Tourist Area: Paradise of resorts

From a desolate land, Northern Cam Ranh Pennisula Tourist Area has become an ideal place with a lot of resorts for tourists to enjoy the nature of the blue sea, white sand and sunlights. Its location is also advantageous for travelling.

The nature gives this land a special favor: overlooking the sea and basing on swamp. The favor has only a potential till a road across Cu Hin mountain pass was built to connect with Cam Ranh International Airport.

According to its Management Board, Northern Cam Ranh Pennisula Tourist Area has 42 projects with total registered investment of VND25,198 billion. Up to now, 2 projects have been put into operation, namely Vinpearl Long Beach Villas and Duyen Ha Resort. Vinpearl Long Beach Villas has started operation since April, 2017. About VND1,000 billion has been invested in this project. Duyen Ha Resort has been about VND1,600 billion.

In addition, two projects Riviera Residences & Resort and Fusion Maia Nha Trang Resort have started operation of the first phase; its second phase is under construction. 4 projects namely The Anam, East Sea Resort, Golden Peak Resort & Spa Nha Trang and Golden Peak Resort & Spa Cam Ranh have put its first phase into operation. 25 projects are under construction, and 8 projects are carrying out its ground clearance and compensation. Nguyen Ngoc Loan, director of Northern Cam Ranh Pennisula Tourist Area, said that turnover of some resorts has come up to VND6 – 7 billion a month. Rooms have been booked fully for a long time.

From a desolate land, Northern Cam Ranh Pennisula Tourist Area has attracted investors and has become a destination chosen by a lot of tourists. In the near future, the whole area will become a paradise of resorts for domestic and foreign visitors as it’s so beautiful and convenient for travel.
